George C. Kirk's Footwear

View Website

The inspiration for this company began with a grandfather who made work boots during the Great Depression. The business was passed down to George Kirk in 2000. He began making sheepskin slippers, moccasins and boots and sold them at the local farmers markets. His philosophy was everyone deserves a nice pair of shoes with quality material. In August 2012 the business passed to the next generation. The cutting, assembling and sewing is still all done by hand.
