Homework’s print shop is located just outside Edmonton and is run by Daria Hirny. She has two presses, a Heidelberg Windmill that does the main work and a little Chandler and Price, which is more than 100 years old, to do small tasks. She also uses one very old guillotine style paper cutter that handles the paper chopping. All designs are illustrated by Daria and are influenced by nature and vintage illustrations. She is an alumnus of the University of Alberta Printmaking Department.
