Melanie Liles has been a potter, leather worker, jeweller and weaver during her 17-year career, but drawing always draws her back. Her series of lino-cut prints explores the fragility of human connection. The floating bodies of faceless women evoke a sense of alienation, inspired by the artist's own experience as an observer of the outside world. Every print is made to order, hand pulled and unique, signed and numbered.
