Ohana opened its food truck doors on June 6, 2017. Since then it has been serving up full-sized, double raised, hot and fresh yeast donuts (and coffee) to Edmonton and surrounding area. The donuts, based on a 140-year-old double raised yeast donut recipe, has a modern twist — they are filled with whipped creams. Each donut takes over three hours to make and goes through six steps to become the delicious donuts Ohana serves every day. The coffee is fresh roasted at a Calgary roaster.
