Sandra Paetsch works with bronze and silver originally in clay form. Pure silver particles are embedded in an organic binder that she manipulates with her hands, dries, and fires in a kiln to burn away the binder and creating pure silver pieces. Her bronze pieces go through the same process. These fired pieces are then worked using traditional metalworking techniques. Orange Avocado also creates personalized and custom pieces.
